Plan2Serve is how a church organises its serving rota: who serves, when, and in what. It is free, has no ads, and has no in-app purchases.

I did not receive the SMS link
Messages are sent by your own church, not by us. Ask your church administrator to send the link again. A link can be used once and expires after a while, so an older one no longer works.
How do I join a church?
A church administrator adds you by phone number, or sends you an invitation link. You cannot join an existing church on your own without an invitation — that is what protects each church's list of people.
I want to create my own church
Create an account with an email address and a password, then choose Creează o biserică(“Create a church”). You become its administrator and can invite people straight away.
Where do I see my schedule?
Planul meu(“My plan”) shows only the things that involve you. You confirm, or say you cannot make it, from there.
I want to change my email, password or phone number
You can change your email and password yourself in Setări(“Settings”). For a phone number, write to us or ask your church administrator.
Who can see my data?
Only people in your own church. Each church's data is completely separate and nobody in another church can see it. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Deleting your account
You can delete your own account from inside the app: Setări → Șterge contul(“Settings → Delete account”). You do not need anyone's permission and you do not need to write to us.
Permanently deleted, across every church you belong to:
- your sign-in account — you can no longer sign in, and notifications stop;
- your name, phone number and email address;
- your assignments, your answers (confirmed / cannot) and your unavailability;
- SMS messages sent to or received from your number.
If you are the only administrator of a church that has other people with accounts, the app first asks you to make someone else an administrator there, so the church is not left with nobody who can run it. A church left with no accounts at all is deleted along with yours.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If something does not work, write to emanuel.miron6@gmail.com.
